1. Program Discretion Clause
Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this rebate program at any time without prior notice.
The rebate program has no cash value and does not constitute a deposit, refund, or guaranteed buy-back program.
2. Proof of Purchase Requirement
Valid proof of purchase must clearly show:
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Purchase location (Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd.)
If proof of purchase cannot be verified, the rebate will not be issued. Management’s determination of proof validity is final.
3. Purchase Location Limitation
Only Proven Winners® pots originally purchased from Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd. qualify.
Containers purchased from other retailers, wholesalers, or garden centres are not eligible — even if branded Proven Winners®.
Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd. is not responsible for verifying purchases made through third parties.
4. Condition Requirement
Returned containers must be:
- Empty
- Free of soil and plant material
- Free of damage
- In reusable condition
Management reserves the right to refuse any container that does not meet cleanliness or usability standards.
5. Rebate Issuance Terms
- Rebate is issued as store credit only.
- No cash payouts.
- No credit card refunds.
- No retroactive application to prior purchases.
- Credit must be applied at time of return unless otherwise approved.
Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
6. Quantity & Abuse Prevention
Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities eligible for rebate
- Refuse bulk or commercial returns
- Decline suspicious or unverifiable returns
- Request identification if fraud is suspected
Any attempt to redeem containers not originally purchased from Christie’s Gardens & Greenhouses Ltd. may result in denial of rebate and refusal of future participation.
7. No Warranty or Liability
This rebate program does not create:
- A recycling contract
- A storage obligation
- A waste handling agreement
- Any warranty regarding container reuse
